I am modifying a written form. I need the form to show one more field but I can't add a new item to an existing data block. Anyone can help?

Also I got multiple records, to show about 10. So I copy one of the fields and paste for me to edit but it only show 1 box instead of 10 rows of box. How do I get 10 rows of box?

Why can't you add a new field to an existing data block? Select an item and press the '+' sign or select an item on the canvas and press Ctrl-D (Duplicate).

Make the number of rows to display on the new block to be 10.
