iam doing the bank project so need a code for the unique numbers for assigning to the custemer account numbers. the number should be 16 digits and account should start with what the account type is that is for savings it should start S AND FOLLOWED BY 15 DIGIT NUMBER IF CURRENT C AND FOLLOWED BY 15 DIGIT NUMBER ETC. THE CODE SHOULD BE WRITTEN FROM FRONTEND THAT IS FROM FROMS.

i suggest you to check the orafaq forms thoroughly.a similar post was answered in the las two weeks.so please go through.
