I am assuming you mean 'calendar'?

Go to http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/forms/index.html, from the 'Resources' panel on the right-hand side of the screen select 'Sample Code', press Ctrl-F (Find) and look for 'calendar'. Click it and you will get a demonstration of how to use the calendar.
