if i can not use d2kwutil in forms 9i/10g, then what should i use in place of "win_api_dialog.select_printer" function call?

basically i want to openup local machine printer selection and ten pass it to report

Hi Dave,

i've looked at all functions from webutil and saw nothing for printers or anything to replace "win_api_dialog.select_printer"
. have I missed anything?

Okay ... you will need to access Metalink to get some special code. Look at Default Printer Name in Form 10G which refers to the note https://metalink.oracle.com/metalink/plsql/showdoc?db=NOT&id=300844.1
